Duties will include

• • Lead the division’s commercial strategy and portfolio strategy aligned to the Groups goals and strategic plans.
  • Lead and build Supplier relationships.
  • Drive performance in all assigned Portfolios optimize pricing, trade terms, and profitability in all channels.
  • Drive innovation and go-to-market excellence with agility across multiple channels.
  • Create and oversee integrated marketing communications ensuring consistency and ROI.
  • Build strong customer partnerships and deliver category leadership across ALL key channels.
  • Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams to achieve ambitious goals.

What we are looking for:

• Post-graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
• 10 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership including P&L ownership.
• Proven success in portfolio strategy, pricing, and trade execution.
• Strong analytical, financial, and leadership skills.
• Act with a high sense of ownership and accountability
• Strong track record managing cross‑functional teams, and customer relationships at senior levels.
