DOC Ponte Villoni Proseccos originate in the north of Italy, only a stone’s throw from La Serenissima. The very emblem of Italy, Prosecco is a wine with fine bubbles which has its own personality: simple and elegant, it adapts to every situation and is, above all, a symbol of conviviality. A native grape variety called Glera forms the base of white Prosecco. As for rosé Prosecco, it is a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir. Prosecco is made in a tank closed for a minimum of sixty days
