Henri Gaillard
In the 1980s, Henri Gaillard was the best wine broker in the Côtes de Provence region for the firm Crus et Domaines de France. Well known among winegrowers, with whom he would stride through the vines looking for the best plots, he was very much appreciated by them for his commitment to Provençal winegrowing.
A descendant of an old Languedoc family, he is considered a pioneer in this long-ignored region. Always prepared to listen to what other professionals had to say, he saved a number of old grape varieties from oblivion, like Tibouren, which produces fine, elegant wines
