· Lead the division’s commercial strategy and portfolio strategy aligned to the Group’s goals and strategic plans.
· Lead and build Supplier relationships.
· Drive performance in all Portfolios optimize pricing, trade terms, and profitability in all channels.
· Drive innovation and go-to-market excellence across multiple channels.
· Create and oversee integrated marketing communications ensuring consistency and ROI.
· Build strong customer partnerships and deliver category leadership with On Trade and Modern Trade customers.
· Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams to achieve ambitious goals.
· Post-graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
· 10 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership including P&L ownership.
· Proven success in portfolio strategy, pricing, and trade execution.
· Strong analytical, financial, and leadership skills.
· Strong track record managing cross-functional teams, and customer relationships at senior levels.
