We are seeking to recruit a highly organised, detail orientated and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be dependable, discreet and trustworthy with a strong commitment to providing exceptional executive support.

Duties

· Providing high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

· Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

· Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

· Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.

· Organizing and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical.

· Assisting in the preparation of agendas and minutes for meetings.

· Monitoring and following up on action items and deadlines.

· Supporting project coordination and execution as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· A Diploma in Business Studies or Secretarial and Administrative qualifications.

· A minimum of two (2) CXC’s namely English Language and Mathematics.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities.

· At least three (3) years’ secretarial/administrative experience including the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
