Acado (Barbados) Limited is seeking to recruit a creative, passionate and commercially focused Retail Supervisor to join our vibrant retail operation.
· To oversee successful operations of Hanschell Stores.
· Monitor the storage and issuing of merchandise.
· Deliver appealing instore displays, ensuring pricing is correct and visible.
· To maintain the integrity of inventory data by ensuring that all inventory movements are accurately recorded.
· To assist in ensuring the security of stock from pilferage and/or damages and to maintain a safe, clean environment.
· To build strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders.
· Motivating and driving team members to achieve sales targets.
An Associate degree in Business Management from a recognised institution;
· At least three (3) years’ experience in food retail sales/marketing, merchandising impact, customer relationship management and profitability analysis
· Strong analytical and numerical skills
· A meticulous nature with significant attention to detail
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
· Ability to utilize initiative and judgment to make sound decisions related to appropriate procedure
· Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
· Proficient in the use of information technology
